Inspired by Japanese health practices and rooted in the belief that food is medicine, we aim to assist individuals heal through nourishing and delicious meals.

A note from Our Founder, Holly Clare

After overcoming some of my own gut health challenges and completing a cordon-bleu culinary course, the expertise to guide others on this path came naturally.

I launched Kenkō Chef to share this knowledge with like-minded individuals on their journey to wellness and optimum health.

A passion for individual healing

I've spent years studying nutritional healing and longevity cultures and have a wealth of knowledge to share about the transformative power of wholesome, customised gut healing nutrition.

One of my biggest passions is helping people gain confidence in the kitchen. I went back to study at culinary school at thirty with the sole purpose of learning how to fuel my body.

Working mum, student, single dad, aspiring athlete or young chef - figuring out what to eat is a daily task for everyone and life seems to be getting increasingly busy.

Knowing what best nourishes our mind, body and soul shouldn't be stressful but rather something that brings you joy.

I'm here to make you comfortable in the kitchen and help guide you to make the best nutritional choices for your body.

I believe that cooking should be a basic human skill, it doesn't have to be complicated, and being healthy doesn't have to be restrictive, but it does have to be delicious.
